Personal data will be processed until the consent for the processing of personal data is withdrawn, but no later than 30 days from the last correspondence contact, after which the data will be deleted. For evidential purposes, please send your withdrawal request to the e-mail address: rodo@marganski.pl or in writing to the Administrator’s correspondence address. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of consent given before its withdrawal.
6. You have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification, immediate deletion or limitation of processing, transferring data to another administrator and the right to object to the processing.
7. In the event that the Administrator’s processing of your personal data violates the law, you may submit a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (UODO).
