European research project SAT-AM – the next stage of work

The next stage of works under the European research project SAT-AM (More Affordable Small Aircraft Manufacturing) has come to an end.

In December 2020, Polskie Zakłady Lotnicze Sp. z o.o. successfully completed flight tests of M28 aircraft with a composite engine nacelle installed.

 

Zakłady Lotnicze Margański&Mysłowski S.A. participated, as one of the consortium partners, in works related to the manufacturing of the first composite engine nacelle for M28 aircraft.

 

The engine nacelle was manufactured by our company, using and implementing the modern technology of low temperature out of autoclave prepregs for the production of aviation structures.
